Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and [Business legal name] (“we”, “us”) for your use of CloseCobra. By creating an account you accept them. If you use CloseCobra for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.

The service

CloseCobra records and analyzes sales calls you choose to record, and produces summaries, follow-up suggestions, email drafts and coaching. It never sends emails or contacts anyone for you.

Your responsibilities

• Recording consent. You are solely responsible for complying with call-recording, wiretapping, privacy and telemarketing laws that apply to you and the people you call, including getting consent from everyone on a call where required. Don’t record a call you aren’t allowed to record.
• Your employer’s rules. If you record calls for your job, make sure your employer allows it.
• Review the output. AI results can be wrong or incomplete. Check summaries, dates and email drafts before relying on them or sending anything.
• Acceptable use. Don’t use CloseCobra for anything unlawful, to harass anyone, or to try to break or overload the service.
• Keep your password secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account.

Trial, billing and cancellation

New accounts get a free trial of [7] days and [60] recorded minutes. After that, the plan costs $[29] per month plus any applicable tax, billed in advance through Stripe, and includes [600] recorded minutes per billing month. Unused plan minutes don’t roll over. Subscribers can buy extra minutes at any time ([300] minutes for $[10]); extra minutes are charged once, are available as soon as payment clears, carry over from month to month while your subscription is active, and end if your subscription ends. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Except where required by law, payments aren’t refundable. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email.

Referral program

If someone signs up with your referral link and subscribes, their first month is free. After they pay for their first full month, we credit your account with one month of the plan price, applied to your next bill. Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred. We may withhold credits for self-referrals, fake accounts or abuse, and may change or end the program with notice; credits already earned are kept.

Your content

You own your recordings and results. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle them.

Availability

We work to keep CloseCobra running but don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features over time.

Ending your account

You can stop using CloseCobra at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can export your data before your account closes.

Disclaimers and limits

CloseCobra is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales.

General
